History

Red River Valley Seed Company was incorporated in 1999 and started at the location on the corner of Caledonia Avenue and 1st Street NE. In 2003 Red River Valley Seed Company bought the West Plant, just west of Interstate 29 at the Hillsboro interchange and subsequently doubled our processing and storage capacity.

Jay Boeddeker is the owner and president of Red River Valley Seed Company. Jay has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting, a lifetime agriculture background, and is certified in both North Dakota and Minnesota to clean seed.

Red River Valley Seed Company has a full year-round staff with combined experience of 75+ years. Our processing facilities are state of the art with a history of excellence and customer satisfaction.
